At Supersnake we want to ensure to do our bit for the environment & society by providing quality pieces that leave as small a mark on our earth as possible.

Our products are pre-produced in small batches and shipped with Royal Mail tracked (Standard or Express) in the UK & with DHL Express worldwide. Based on your delivery location your shipping rates and wait times will be calculated at checkout. 

Should we run out of stock we do provide a made to order service. Expected wait times for each product are provided below:  

 

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges are only accepted for faulty products, and only within 5 days of the customer receiving the order. Returns or Return shipping fees are not accepted unless the items are damaged or shipped incorrectly. Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted for return. Accessories must be unopened, unused, and in condition, as received.
